Service and account

Fechura provides glass-design and project-management software. The service is operated by Daríen Roberto Vera Fuentes, an individual, reachable at support@fechura.app. You must sign in with a registered account to use the app and keep your account access secure.

Access and subscriptions

Plan, trial, price, renewal and payment details are presented on the website before checkout. Editing access depends on the applicable trial or subscription entitlement. Supported work can continue offline while the locally stored permission is valid. Expiry and any applicable grace period can lead to read-only access; your saved work is not a substitute for your own backups. Downloads, synchronization, account setup and payments require an internet connection.

Payments through Link

Where checkout uses Managed Payments, the transaction is sold through Link and is subject to the payment terms shown at checkout. Link supplies transaction receipts and payment-related assistance. Contact Fechura for product assistance. Nothing here replaces the cancellation, refund or statutory rights applicable to your transaction.

Your designs and permitted use

You remain responsible for the information and materials you enter and for checking measurements, hardware suitability, installation requirements and final designs before fabrication or installation. Use the service only with material you are entitled to use and do not misuse account access or interfere with other users or the service.
